Request for Recreational Field Usage


The Delanco Recreation Commission offers two fields:

Joseph C. Phile Memorial Field
(West Ave Field)

West and Beaver Avenues
Delanco, NJ 08075 		 Babe Ruth Field
(A.A. Field)

Cooper and Hickory Streets
Delanco, NJ 08075


NOTE: All requests are requests only.  This form is intended to secure a date for a specific field.

A security deposit of $250.00 MUST be paid prior to field usage (township ordinance 2010-52).

A copy of a certificate of liability insurance for $1,000,000 naming the Township of Delanco as certificate holder for the described use (township ordinance 216-2).

All requests will be reviewed monthly on the 2nd Thursday 7:30 PM at the Delanco Township Building.

All approved applicants will be notified by email and/or phone.  A certificate will be issued to the team and be registered with the township police department as a qualified team.



Security Deposit MUST be in the form of Money Order or Certified Check made payable to "Delanco Recreation Commission"
